Thin wall disposable container/box mould is one of our main mould series.  The wall thickness is up to 0.4-0.5mm. The mold cavity/core are made of S136 steel or 718H, it is insert design to the mold base for uniform thickness and avoid center off. 

For high speed running thin wall box mould, Copper Beryllium on the top of core and cavity edge, leads to the best cooling effect. And it can be used for take-out robot for short cycle production.
