1.The cap mold is designed with 3D computer drawing and therefore the product yield rate is enhanced.
2.The cap mould is made of high grade steels from Japan and imported P20 and 2316 steel, etc. After heat treatment, the hardness of the steel can reach up to HRC45-48
3.The cap molds is designed with advanced second-level taper positioning technology and slide-type independent self-locking, hence the concentricity of the product is guaranteed.
4.Cap Molds adopts advanced and reasonable design, each cavity having independent temperature control & heating system, which boasts an even heating temperature and keeps product with reliable and stable quality, which guarantee the mould life more than 3 million times.
5.Closure mould has independent condensation system in each mold cavity and mould core. Mold cavity is replaceable, so that the label atop can be changed.
6.The hot runner system is independently developed. The shape of the nozzle can be designed according to the shape of the cap. The main components such as the heating ring are imported from Germany HOTSET or imported from Italy ROTFIL.
7.Cap moulds for 28PCO beverage bottles, 29/25, 30/25 water bottle caps, for 1881/1880 neck bottles, wide mouth jar cap, jerry can cap, medical bottle cap, eyes drop bottle cap and other cosmetic bottles like flip top mould, lotion pump mold, mist sprayer molds etc.
